     A service area is at your disposal for emptying waste water and chemical toilets from your vehicle.

     Each pitch has an individual service point with access to drinking water and electricity (16A). 

 

🏕️ Our Arden Parks destinations: Comblain & Durbuy 

Discover our parks in Comblain-au-Pont and Durbuy, located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. Both sites are fully automated, offering you total freedom for your arrivals and departures. Whether you are in a motorhome, a camper van, or with your tent, we offer you the chance to settle in for a few days, without constraints, in the heart of nature. Our touring pitches are specially designed for those seeking a comfortable and well-equipped stopover before hitting the road again.

💳 A stay with no mandatory booking 

Thanks to our automated system, there is no need to plan weeks in advance. Arrive whenever you like and manage your stay with total independence:

  • Real-time availability: Book via our website just before you arrive or directly at the entry terminal.
  • Services included: Enjoy immediate access to the sanitary facilities and service points.

 

📥Your arrival (Check-in)

Once you arrive, head to the automated kiosk at the entrance:

  1. Select "Check-in".
  2. Enter your 6-digit code (found in your online client area, at the bottom right under the QR code. The link is in your confirmation email).
  3. Verify your stay details and pay any remaining balance.
  4. Access the park:
    • At Comblain-au-Pont: Access via license plate recognition or by entering your code (format: *123456#).
    • At Durbuy: Your code opens the barriers and the sanitary facilities (format: 123456#).

Note: Access codes are personal and linked to your booking. For security reasons, please do not share them.

📤 Your Departure (Check-out)

  • Time: Departure must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest. After this time, your access codes will expire and will no longer open the barriers.
  • Closing your stay: Please visit the kiosk to validate your "Check-out".
  • Invoice: As soon as the procedure is finished, your final invoice will be automatically sent to you by email.
