Hoe werkt het boeken en beheren van een verblijf?
Thanks to our automated system, there is no need to plan weeks in advance. Arrive whenever you like and manage your stay with complete autonomy:
- Real-time availability: Book via our website just before arrival or directly at the terminal at the entrance.
- Included services: Enjoy immediate access to the sanitary facilities and service stations.

Your Arrival (Check-in) Upon arrival, please go to the automated kiosk at the entrance of the estate:
- Select "Check-in".
- Enter your 6-digit code (you can find this in your online customer area, bottom right under the QR code. The link is in your confirmation email).
- Verify your stay details and pay any remaining balance.
Access to the park:
- In Comblain-au-Pont: Access via license plate recognition or by entering your code (format: *123456#).
- In Durbuy: Your code gives access to the park (barriers) and the sanitary building (format: 123456#).

- Departure time: You must depart by 11:00 AM at the latest. After this time, your access codes will expire and the barriers can no longer be opened.
- Check-out: Go to the kiosk to confirm your "Check-out".
- Invoice: As soon as the procedure is completed, your final invoice will be automatically sent to you by email.
