Thanks to our automated system, you don't need to plan weeks in advance. You arrive when you want and manage your stay in complete autonomy:
- Real-time availability: Book via our website just before arrival or directly at the terminal at the entrance.
- Services included: Enjoy immediate access to the sanitary facilities and service stations.
How does check-in work and how do I get access to the park?
How does check-in work and how do I get access to the park?
Your Arrival (Check-in) Upon arrival, please go to the automated kiosk at the entrance of the estate:
- Select "Check-in".
- Enter your 6-digit code (you can find this in your online customer area, bottom right under the QR code. The link is in your confirmation email).
- Verify your stay details and pay any remaining balance.
Access to the park:
- In Comblain-au-Pont: Access via license plate recognition or by entering your code (format: *123456#).
- In Durbuy: Your code gives access to the park (barriers) and the sanitary building (format: 123456#).
How does check-out and departure work?
How does check-out and departure work?
- Departure time: You must depart by 11:00 AM at the latest. After this time, your access codes will expire and the barriers can no longer be opened.
- Check-out: Go to the kiosk to confirm your "Check-out".
- Invoice: As soon as the procedure is completed, your final invoice will be automatically sent to you by email.
