Arden Parks is a family-owned, Belgian, and French-speaking group. We have no anonymous shareholders, but rather passionate teams driven by a shared vision: that of a tourism that respects the identity and environment of local territories.
Following the success of our first French park in Signy-l'Abbaye, we are continuing our development with the deep conviction that our parks must integrate harmoniously into their regions. We reject the concept of closed "holiday clubs" cut off from the world. Our philosophy is clear: our guests must live with the territory, not next to it.
Our commitment charter
Maximum landscape integration using lightweight accommodation built on piles to preserve the environment and sanctuary the surrounding nature.
Absolute priority given to local craftsmen for construction, and the creation of direct, stable, and non-relocatable local jobs during operations.
Our parks remain open to local residents. Seminar rooms, wellness spaces, and dining areas are designed to become genuine local community hubs.

The Sept-Fontaines Abbey Project (Fagnon)
Located in the French Ardennes, the estate of the Sept-Fontaines Abbey is a remarkable, lush green setting. Our project plans for the installation of 180 high-quality wooden chalets (with 2 or 3 bedrooms). In order to respect the soil and the forest as much as possible, these accommodations will represent only 3.18% of the ground footprint. The remaining 97% of the estate will remain wild, wooded, and protected.
Stay Informed: The Prior Information Meeting
Transparency is at the very heart of our collaborative process. On September 3, 2026, we organized a Prior Information Meeting (PIM) in Fagnon to engage directly with local residents, present our environmental and urban planning impact studies, and answer all questions.
